The Home Buying Process

We invite you to our office to discuss your budget, the home features you want, your ideal home location and any concerns you have about buying a home.

We can schedule you an appointment with one of our preferred lenders that office conveinetly in our building. You can find out how much you qualify for during your initial visit.

We then search for homes that meet your design and budget criteria. Once you select the home that is right for you, HMS will negotiate a great purchase package for you.

We take the home off the market and stay with you until you get the keys to your new home.
